Explore the life and work of the 20th-century Dutch abstract painter, Piet Mondrian, through activities that connect math and art. Students will learn the relationships between and among the various types of angles and they will explore how Mondrian used vertical and horizontal lines to form his Composition series. They will also create a Mondrian-like painting.
