About Mikaela

Mikaela Prego is an elementary educator based in Louisville, Kentucky. She has spent most of her career teaching 3-5th grade in Colorado and Massachusetts. Most recently, she took on the role of Math Interventionist where she works with students in kindergarten through 8th grade to help them improve their math abilities and confidence. She loves finding ways to make work authentic for her students so they are as invested in their learning as she is.
