Level 2 (Grades 5-7)


The two longest rivers in the world are the Nile and the Amazon.

On what continent is each located? About how long is each river?

Level 3 (Grades 6 and up)


Similar symbols or color patterns are used in the flags of many countries.

What three countries' flags have green, white, and red vertical stripes? What two countries' flags have green, white, and red horizontal stripes?

Level 1


The four main islands that make up Japan are Honshu, Hokkaido, Shikoku, and Kyushu.

Level 2


The Nile River is in Africa. It is about 4,145 miles (6.697 kilometers) long. The Amazon River is in South America. Its length is about 4,000 miles (6,437 kilometers).

Level 3


The flags of Cote d'Ivoire, Ireland, and Italy have green, white, and red vertical stripes. The flags of Bulgaria and Hungary have green, white, and red horizontal stripes.
