A Family Tree Checklist
_____ The student actively participates in the group discussion as the teacher explores the family tree website.
_____ The student works with peers to brainstorm numerous responses for each section of the chart on the activity worksheet.
_____ The student conducts some form of research on his or her own family history.
_____ The student prepares a family history presentation to share with the class (timeline, report, family tree poster, and so on).
_____ The student gives a presentation to the class, sharing some information about the history of his or her family.
