Use this scoring guide in conjunction with the "All About Wolves" lesson. This rubric outlines what skills your students should demonstrate upon completing the lesson.
All About Wolves Rubric
| 4 | Exemplary Student: - explores the website independently.
- accurately and succinctly summarizes the information presented.
- analyzes the media portrayal of wolves by stating clear opinions and supporting them with numerous facts.
- demonstrates extensive knowledge of the topic by actively participating in a class discussion of wolves.

| 3 | Competent Student: - explores the website with little guidance or direction.
- summarizes the information presented.
- analyzes the media portrayal of wolves by stating opinions and supporting them with some facts.
- demonstrates knowledge of the topic by participating in a class discussion of wolves.

- summarizes some of the information presented.
- states some opinions about the media portrayal of wolves but may have difficulty supporting them.
- demonstrates basic knowledge of the topic by contributing one or two ideas to a class discussion of wolves.
