Marcos Milla is Global Head of Emerging Science and Innovation at a major pharmaceutical company, where he is responsible for discovering and developing new drugs for conditions and diseases that currently have no treatments or cures. In this video, Marcos talks about his day-to-day schedule and activities, supervising the many teams of people that work for him, and the excitement he has for working each day on new and interesting projects. Marcos also talks about how he developed a love for science from a young age, and offers some guidance on how to build a career in the biological sciences.
