This breath work activity from Breathe For Change is designed to reduce students' stress, enhance their awareness, and focus their minds. Students are working to develop self-awareness and self-management. In this activity students can either sit or stand. They bring both hands to their heart and close their eyes. Together, the class takes three collective breaths. The activity ends with students smiling at each other.
