Biography: Carol Carter
Carol Carter is the author of many books on college and career planning. Her career in publishing includes several senior-management positions at Prentice Hall, a division of Pearson Education. Carol's business experience, combined with her passion for learning and education, make her uniquely qualified to advise students on career issues. In 1992, Carol co-founded Lifeskills, Inc., a non-profit organization that encourages high school students to explore their goals, career options, and the real world through part-time work and internships. She also gives workshops around the country on career exploration and other issues directly related to helping students succeed in college, career, and life. |
