About Karla

Dr. Karla Bester is a Director of Programs for an educational company, where she works with administrators, instructional support leaders, coaches, teachers, and students across the United States. She served as a teacher for more than 20 years and has a passion for education.  Karla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctorate in Training Leadership and Development. She has developed, implemented, and managed a variety of programs and support that have helped educators excel both inside and outside of the classroom.
