Student:

  • confidently dramatizes numerous examples of appropriate and inappropriate table manners.
  • selects two important table manners and is able to explain why each is important.
  • listens respectfully and makes thoughtful contributions to group and class discussions.

Student:

  • dramatizes some examples of appropriate and inappropriate table manners.
  • selects two important table manners and is able to tell why one is important.
  • listens at most times and makes some contributions to group and class discussions.

Developing

Student:

  • hesitantly dramatizes an example of appropriate or inappropriate table manners.
  • selects two important table manners but is unable to tell why they are important.
  • listens or makes contributions during class discussions, but is unable to do both.

Emerging

Student:

  • does not dramatize any examples of appropriate or inappropriate table manners.
  • is unable to select two important table manners.
  • does not listen or make contributions during class or group discussions.
