Using the Setting SMART Goals: Student Worksheet, students should reflect on areas of his or her own life that can be improved upon. Students should choose one health or safety-related goal for themselves, and work through the worksheet.

Materials needed: Poster board or 8.5" x 11" paper
Have students make a motivational poster encouraging themselves and others to make healthy choices. Have students choose one health-related issue, such as diet, physical activity, sleep, etc. and look up health facts related to the issue. They can use the information to inform others about the importance of the health-related issue and how to stay healthy.
